We build custom winch bumpers for just about any make and model of vehicle.  Here are some of the build options:

Style:  Winch bumpers can be fabricated out of  round tube, rectangular tube, C Channel, steel plate, or a combination of materials depending on the look you are after.  Let us know which winch you will be using.  Custom brush guards are also available.    

Mounting:  We will fabricate custom brackets so your bumper will bolt to the factory bumper mounting locations.  In some cases frames will need to be strengthened or uni-bodies plated for strength. 

Materials:  For tubing we only use structural grade DOM seamless tube.  We use the strongest materials possible while keeping weight as low as possible.  

Paint:  We usually recommend painting them with Rustoleum or spray on bed liner so they can easily be re-sprayed and touched up.  Powder coating is also an option but is not easily repaired when scratched.  

Vehicles:  We can build a winch bumper for your Jeep, Toyota, Land Rover, International Scout, Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, or Dodge.
