Transmission: Factory Transfer Case: Axles Rear: Axles Front: Toyota 8 inch Straight Axle, Fully gusseted housing, shaved bottom for clearance, Yukon 4.88 gears, Yukon Full Spool, Longfield 35 Spline inners and outers, Longfield hub gears, lengthened factory Toyota cv driveshaft Steering: Crossover steering, Ifs Toyota steering box, Skys Offroad High Steer Arms, Custom steering linkage with 5/8 inch QA1 rod ends. Suspension Rear: 4 inch lift springs + add-a-leaf= about 5 inches Suspension Front: Custom coil spring 3 link with panhard bar. Links made of .250 wall DOM tubing with ¾ inch QA1 rod ends. Rusty’s Offroad 3 inch Grand Cherokee coil springs. Rancho Limiting straps. Totals about 6 or 7 inches of lift Shocks: Rancho 9000 series adjustable 18 inches of travel Tires: 35 x 12.50 x 15 Mickey Thompson Baja Claw Radials, on 15 x 8 aluminum bullethole wheels, with 1 ½ inch aluminum wheel spacers. Frame: 1981 Toyota Longbed, Custom boxed front crossmember, double plated and boxed front of frame to fire wall = ½ inch thick frame. Engine and transmission both lifted 2 inches with custom engine mounts and transmission cross member. Gas tank raised 3 inches for extra ground clearance and protection. Rear of frame bobbed approx 14 inches, custom rear cross member with 2 inch receiver mount. Interior: Removable tube doors, factory doors can still be easily installed with no tools. Custom diamond plate aluminum dash, bench seat out of Dodge D-50, home made seat cover. Body: 3 inch body lift to allow for 2 inch drive train lift, doors easily swapped from full doors for winter to tube doors for summer, sunroof still opens and clears exo skeleton, custom bed with tool box, room for up to a 38 inch spare tire, LED tail lights. Protection: Full exo cage made from 1 ½ inch .120 wall DOM tubing. ¼ inch thick triangle rock sliders/side steps. Custom winch bumper with integrated tow points. Bumper and rear bed section of exo cage are bolted with grade 8 hardware so both the front bumper and bed can be easily removed for future service, repairs, modifications. Electrical: Duralast redtop battery, custom battery mount, GM 3 wire alternator installed and most of wiring redone due to shorted out cut up electrical system.
