Extendable Tongue Boat Trailer

Before: 


The front adjustable roller mount, crossmember, and main center tubes were rusted through.  The tongue would not extend due to the center tubes being rusted together.

Crossmember after roller mount was removed.  The steel was too thin to repair so we fabricated an entire new crossmember.



We fabricated a new adjustable roller mount, a much heavier crossmember, and replaced both center tubes.

Definitely much safer than it was before

The center tubes now extend like they are supposed to
